To improve the knowledge and skills of supervisors and shop floor people, GBC supports your plant management in putting in place “Cement Plant Workforce Training”, which we co-developed and successfully implemented worldwide.
Cement Plant Workforce Training
It is a modular technical training system following ‘Train the Trainers’ principles. The system includes generic technical training material that covers the production areas of raw material preparation, clinker production, cement grinding, as well as maintenance and inspection routines.
Selected employees from the plant get trained to use the delivered generic training material, make it specific to local conditions, and teach their peers in a series of 30-45 minutes training sessions.
