Annual Plant Shutdown

We coach and guide your plant management in planning and conducting annual shutdowns in a systematic way.

By using structured workshops and ProjectPath as a tool for project management, we help define and prioritize works to be done before and during the shutdown, optimize resources, minimize downtime, and ensure cost-effectiveness in the shutdown process.
